At Turn 1 Detail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in our work and aim to exceed expectations with every service.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the time and materials required for each appointment, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your detail, we encourage you to let us know within 24 hours of your appointment.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If there is anything we missed or didn’t meet your expectations, we will gladly return and address the issue at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely happy with the quality and care of our work.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances.
