Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Turn 1 Detail ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("client," "customer," or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Service Agreement

Turn 1 Detail will provide mobile auto detailing services at the location specified by the customer.

 

Services may include exterior detailing, interior detailing, specialty add-ons, and subscription plans as described on our website or service menu.

 

2. Appointment Scheduling and Access

Customers agree to provide clear and safe access to the vehicle at the agreed location.

 

Vehicle should be parked in a safe and legal area with adequate space for our team to work.

 

Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may result in additional charges.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

5. Weather Policy

In cases of inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, Turn 1 Detail reserves the right to reschedule appointments to ensure the quality of service and safety of our team.

 

6. Vehicle Condition and Limitations

We will perform services to the best of our ability but do not guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, defects, or odors.

 

Pre-existing damage, fragile components, and excessive dirt or contamination will be documented prior to service.

 

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues with the vehicle that could affect service (e.g., leaks, malfunctioning electronics).

 

7. Liability

Turn 1 Detail is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

 

While all reasonable care is taken, we are not responsible for damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to paint condition, aged materials, or improper previous repairs.

 

8. Add-On Services and Specialty Work

Specialty services, such as ceramic coatings, headlight restoration, and Jeep-specific care, may require additional preparation and curing time.

 

Specific terms for these services may be outlined in a separate agreement.

 

9. Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis.

 

Customers may cancel subscription plans with at least 30 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.

 

Missed or skipped appointments do not roll over unless otherwise agreed.

 

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and correct the issue.

 

11. Privacy

Customer information will only be used to manage bookings, process payments, and communicate about services.

 

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

 

12. Changes to Terms

Turn 1 Detail reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes where appropriate.

 

By booking a service with Turn 1 Detail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
